Refund & Cancellation Policy

How paid plans renew, how to cancel, and when fees are and are not refundable. Billing is handled by our payment provider, Paddle.

maviapi is a subscription service. This policy explains how paid plans renew, how to cancel, and when fees are refundable. It works alongside our Terms of Service. Billing is processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.

Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Each plan includes a monthly allotment of API credits. Pay-as-you-go plans may also bill for usage beyond that allotment (overage), as described in the Terms and on the pricing page.

Your payment is processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for every maviapi purchase, so your receipt and card statement entry come from Paddle.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you keep access to that period's credits until then.

After the period ends, your account returns to the free tier. We do not pro-rate or refund the remaining, already-paid portion of a period you choose to cancel.

Refunds

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including any mandatory cancellation or cooling-off rights in your country. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the statement above, and any refund due under them will be honored.

Requesting a refund or disputing a charge

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, any refund that is due is issued through Paddle.

To request a refund you believe is owed, or to ask a billing question, email us at support@maviapi.com with your account email and the charge date. We will review it and, where a refund is due under this policy or applicable law, arrange it with Paddle.

You can also manage or cancel your subscription using the link in any Paddle receipt email.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. This version is effective 20 June 2026.
