Terms of Service

By accessing maviapi, registering an account, or sending a request to our API, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you are using maviapion behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” means that organization.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use maviapi.

maviapi provides schema-first REST endpoints that fetch and structure data from third-party websites at the time you request it. Endpoints are designed to stay stable even when the underlying site changes its markup.

The service is a technical convenience. It does not grant you any rights in the data it returns, and it does not create any relationship between you and the source websites. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any endpoint, and of the data it returns, is lawful and complies with the source website’s own terms. See Section 7.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it up to date, and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Tell us promptly at support@maviapi.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You can review and update your profile, password, and notification settings at any time from your account settings.

Calls to our data endpoints are authenticated with an API key. Your keys are tied to your account and your usage. Keep them secret: anyone holding a key can make requests that count against your plan.

• We store only a one-way hash of each key, never the key itself, so a key is shown to you only once at creation. If you lose it, revoke it and create a new one.
• You may not share, sell, or sublicense your keys, or embed them where third parties can extract them, except in your own server-side code.
• We may rate-limit, throttle, or revoke a key to protect the service, and we may treat traffic from a compromised key as your responsibility until you revoke it.

The shared playground key published in our documentation exists only for trying endpoints from the browser. It is heavily rate-limited and may change or be disabled at any time. Do not use it in production.

Plans and credits

We offer a free trial and several paid tiers. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of API credits. A credit is consumed for each successful served request to a data endpoint (the /v1/sites/* routes). The current plans, prices, and allowances are shown on our pricing page, which forms part of these terms.

Allowances and overage

On capped plans, requests are refused once the monthly allowance is used up until the next period or an upgrade. On pay-as-you-go plans, usage beyond the allowance is permitted and billed as overage at that plan’s per-credit rate. The free trial is capped and time-limited.

Renewal, changes and taxes

Paid plans renew automatically each period using your payment method on file, through our third-party payment processor, until you cancel. We may change prices or plan contents; we will give reasonable notice, and changes take effect at your next renewal. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated, and you are responsible for any taxes due.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused credits, or downgrades.

Non-payment

If a charge fails or an account falls into arrears, we may suspend access until the balance is settled.

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else:

• use the service for anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, or to violate anyone’s privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• collect, store, or process personal data through our endpoints in breach of applicable data-protection law, or build profiles of individuals unlawfully;
• use returned data in a way that violates the source website’s terms of service, or to clone, re-host, or compete with a source website’s own product;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with credit metering, rate limits, authentication, or any other technical control;
• place an unreasonable load on the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or probe, scan, or disrupt our infrastructure or that of our providers;
• resell or redistribute the service itself as a competing API product, or reverse engineer it except to the extent the law permits.

We may add usage limits, refuse particular use cases, or remove endpoints at our discretion to keep the service lawful and sustainable.

Data returned by our endpoints originates from third-party websites and belongs to those websites or their licensors, not to maviapi. We do not own it, warrant it, or grant you any rights in it beyond the technical ability to retrieve it through the service.

You are solely responsible for how you use that data, including compliance with the source website’s terms, applicable intellectual-property law, and data-protection law. Where you decide what personal data to query and why, you act as the data controller for that processing, and maviapi acts only as a technical conduit. See our Privacy Policy for how this works.

The service itself, including the maviapi software, website, branding, endpoint schemas, and documentation, is owned by KuzenLabs and protected by intellectual -property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

You keep ownership of anything you create with the service, such as your own applications. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

We work to keep maviapi available and reliable, but we provide it on a best-effort basis and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Because endpoints depend on third-party websites, an endpoint may slow down, return incomplete data, or stop working when a source site changes or becomes unavailable.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, endpoints, or whole portions of the service at any time. Where a change is material and you are on a paid plan, we will try to give reasonable notice.

If you operate a website and want us to stop offering an endpoint that targets it, or if you believe content made available through maviapi infringes your rights or breaches the law, contact us at support@maviapi.com with the relevant URL or endpoint and a description of the issue.

We review every request and will disable or remove an endpoint where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and all data it returns are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service or any endpoint will be available, accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your purposes. You use the service and any returned data at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KuzenLabs and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during that period, or one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KuzenLabs and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your use of data obtained through it, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using maviapi at any time and delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if your use risks harm to the service or to others, or if we are required to by law.

On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your account data, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and KuzenLabs regarding the service.
